Tina Quarles
I am committed to creating a safe and welcoming space for my clients to explore their experiences and emotions. I believe in the power of therapy and humor to transform lives and have dedicated my career to helping others achieve their goals.
I am an 11-time fitness competitor, a 20-year personal trainer, and a five sport athlete. I believe your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs affect your health. I use evidence-based approaches to improve your health and wellness for lifelong lifestyle changes.
I use a "whole body approach", which means a variety of things:

I ask about how you sleep, how you eat, and how you move, amongst other factors that may affect your lifestyles.

I make it a priority to find which self-care methods work best for you as an individual, and how to incorporate those into daily living.

I encourage collaboration between me, your doctor, your physical therapist, and your dietician, to ensure that your healthcare team is working together when necessary.

One of the end goals is healing the relationship between your mind and your body.

I earned my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of Saint Mary with a 3.92 GPA and hold a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science from the University of Kansas. This background allows me to support clients with practical tools while honoring their unique goals and experiences.
I work with children, adolescents, adults, and couples, providing goal-oriented therapy and comprehensive assessments, including ADHD evaluations using in-depth clinical interviews and collateral information. My clinical background includes work in counseling and acute behavioral health settings, supporting individuals experiencing trauma, depression, suicidal ideation, and substance recovery.

I am committed to ongoing training in CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, grief, perinatal mental health, ethics, exposure-based treatments for anxiety and OCD, and neurodivergent-affirming care. Therapy Dog
Cooper Quarles-Smith
Cooper is our resident therapy sidekick, weighing in at a mighty 3.9 pounds of charm. He’s a Parti Yorkie with a big personality, born on February 24, and fully convinced he runs the place. His passions include cheese (especially cheese), playing chase, and highly selective play dates with his favorite friends. Cooper takes his role seriously: offering comfort, comic relief, and occasional judgmental stares, all while being irresistibly adorable.
