Welcome to your customizable group therapy sessions, where you have the opportunity to design your own group based on what you want to work on. Whether it's recovering from challenging relationships or enhancing parenting skills, you can gather a minimum of four participants who share your goals. Meeting in person every Friday for one hour, these sessions allow you to create a supportive environment tailored to your needs. Commit to a three-month package and embark on a journey of healing and growth together!
