Empowering Minds,
Restoring Balance

Therapy that meets you where you are, mind, body, and everything in between.

Therapy That Treats the Whole You

Tina doesn't just ask how you feel. She asks how you sleep, how you eat, how you move. As a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP), an 11-time fitness competitor, and a former Morgan Stanley financial advisor, she brings a perspective most therapists simply don't have, one that connects your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.

She's solution-focused and refreshingly direct. You don't need to walk in knowing which type of therapy you need. That's her job. She figures out what's actually going on and prescribes the best route to get you there, in plain language, with humor, and zero sugar-coating.

Your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health are all connected. That's not wellness talk. That's evidence-based care.

Healing Doesn't Have to Wait for a Diagnosis.

You can start before you have the answers.

Feeling Trapped in Toxic Patterns

Relationships and workplaces have cycles that drain you. We help you understand the neuroscience behind why you stay, and build the path to leave.

Anxiety That Won't Quiet Down

Racing thoughts, hypervigilance, the constant what-ifs. We use evidence-based approaches to retrain your nervous system.

Trauma That Still Shows Up

A single overwhelming event or years of chronic stress can leave a lasting imprint on the nervous system. EMDR and other evidence-based approaches help your brain reprocess those experiences.

ADHD Children and Adults

Racing minds, unfinished projects, the constant feeling of falling behind. We offer ADHD assessments and practical strategies built for how your brain actually works.

Relationship & Couples Issues

Communication breakdowns, trust issues, growing apart. We help couples rebuild connection with structured, goal-oriented therapy.

Life Transitions & Identity

Career changes, loss, becoming a parent, finding purpose. Logotherapy and solution-focused approaches help you navigate what's next.
